住的是17樓，房間視野開闊，也很乾凈，喜歡這個小吧枱，處理工作也很順手
前台服務小姐姐人很好哦，還會貼心告訴注意事項^_^
樓道還有監控，安全感十足，出門就有10路公交站，出行超方便。給點贊👍每次來齊齊哈爾遊玩都會選擇這裏
隔音效果還可以，出門在外最怕休息不好。關門，拉上窗簾，屋裡又安靜又不擔心上午陽光照進來，可以安心休息👏，屋裡超級暖和，白天開窗户也不冷🥳

沒法説沒法説，全屋傢俱感覺都是2345手，淘的破爛傢俱，破敗不堪，床頭掉皮，沙發不明污漬，牆上的貼花搖搖欲墜，沙發茶几底下，還有之前客人吃剩下的不明食物。櫃子裏還有之前客人喝剩的奶茶。
換句話總結來説：這個價位，可以簡陋，但不是亂，可以沒有高級裝修，但最起碼乾淨，可以不講究裝修風格，但最起碼風格一致。隨便拿來一些破傢俱組成民宿，民宿門檻也太低了。

房間夠大。但是各種設施老舊，兩把椅子，一把是壞的，浴室簾也是壞的，毛巾啥的就那麼放，衞生特別差。網上訂的免按金，入住時還要收100按金，離店5天還不退，找店家才處理。入住體驗非常差。對不起家庭房一晚600多的價。

每次來齊齊哈爾出差都住這裏，位置很好萬達樓上，吃飯很方便，去齊齊哈爾大學也方便打車起步價，暑假價格比平時貴了些，對比其他賓館這裏也是良心價格了，房間寬敞，衞生也可以，服務也可以，太挑剔的得去星級酒店，本來級別就不一樣。

位置好找，交通便利，前台服務熱情，特別熱情，不小心把飲料撒床單上了，以為要賠償，但前台非常有禮貌表示沒事，真的不錯，公寓設施比酒店會差點，但是房間空間很大，各有各的特點，開發票刷公務卡也都可以，還是不錯的！
