衞生：乾淨，毛巾一次性的，被子床品都很乾凈
設施：有下午茶餐廳，茶室，健身房，還有自動洗衣機帶烘乾，屋裡有熨板，東西很全，非常可！！！
尊享豪華雙人下午茶:很豐富，蛋糕，酸奶，果茶，乾果，隨便吃，寶寶很開心，服務態度好，不夠的還給上，管夠
服務：服務態度態度都很好，有求必應
寶寶住的都不願意回家了，説下次來齊齊哈爾還要來這住

真的是吹爆這家酒店。因為大雨滯留齊齊哈爾一晚，沒想到誤打誤撞住了個神仙酒店。雖然在老城區，但是從硬件到軟件服務真的沒話説。全屋智能系統，尤其是細節方面，加濕器、一次性毛巾、洗臉巾、洗面奶、居然連隱形眼鏡盒和沖洗液都能想到，看出來是用心在做酒店了。因為入住比較晚了，酒店給我們免費升級了房間，隨口問了一句周圍有沒有水果店，服務員立刻端出了兩份果盤，還説房間軟飲不限量，有需要就要。衝著這家酒店，兒子説下次還要來齊齊哈爾玩！

酒店是純現代化的設施，非常高級！我們住的親子房，非常温馨，孩子們喜歡的不得了！中間一些停車問題前台的姓李的美女也給我們解決了！特別感謝她！有一種賓至如歸的感覺！各方面都非常滿意！有去齊齊哈爾的朋友首推他家！絕對不會讓你失望！

地理位置優越，離火車站很近，房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都是新的，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，空調製熱也不錯，一點也不熱，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，前台接待員也很熱情，每次進門就問好，有免費停車位，有種星級酒店的待遇。下次還會選擇御楓酒店，品質對得起這個價格！
客房衞生乾淨整齊，是我住過最好的酒店了，再説大堂裝修風格，輕奢素雅有品位，設施齊全，健身房洗衣房餐廳都有，隔音好，基本聽不到外面聲音，酒店很人性化，24小時熱水很舒服，位置明顯好找，附近吃的也多，工作人員會熱心推薦周邊美食和遊玩地點，距離人均都描述的很清楚，下次來齊齊哈爾還會來住的

超超級好，外表平平無奇，內部讓人眼前一亮，很有設計感，大堂的休息室就有三個，房間內更是別具一格，衞生間和卧室由茶水廳分隔開來，第一次見這樣的設計，很合理，而且設施特別全，泡泡浴，洗面奶，牙線，漱口水，甚至鉛筆盒都有！泡了個澡好舒服，隔音很好，完全不用擔心！比希爾頓還要好，超級好評！

先説服務，這家酒店的前台小姐姐彬彬有禮，熱情周到，然後裝修這兒塊，酒店裝修的氛圍就是非常温馨，大廳的香薰特別好聞，是我喜歡的味道。然後説吃，服務員推薦很近的地方就有燒烤店，品嚐後，那叫一個好吃！最後説説房間，酒店的房間很乾凈新開的店也很衞生，而且房間裏的設備很細心，有一次性毛巾，冰鎮的飲料，而且都是免費的喲，！對了，還有一個大浴缸，泡泡浴+玫瑰花瓣，超級享受的喲！！最後就是6樓餐廳的下午茶，有蛋糕，水果，咖啡，牛奶，真的很好吃，而且也是免費的喲！！
