My family and I spent one night here travelling by car around the island. The hotel is located in a picturesque place and is made in the form of a small village, so you can drive your own car directly to your apartments, it is very convenient. There are charging stations for electric vehicles including two fast ones. The apartment has a large area and is very cosy, floor heating works in the toilet room which is very comfortable during cool weather. We were very pleasantly surprised that at the reception there is an English-speaking employee who showed a lot of care to us. Also, in the restaurant there was an employee who speaks very good English, who also explained how to go to the orange farm, where we had a great time, collecting delicious oranges on our own. Апартаменты имеют большую площадь и очень уютны, в туалетной комнате работает подогрев пола, что очень комфортно во время прохладной погоды. Мы были очень приятно удивлены, что на ресепшен есть англоговорящая сотрудница, которая проявила очень много заботы в наш адрес. Также, и в ресторане была сотрудница, очень хорошо говорящая по английски, которая в том числе объяснила как проехать на апельсиновую ферму, где мы прекрасно провели время, самостоятельно собирая вкуснейшие апельсины. Мы остались очень довольны отелем, особенно добротой персонала. Определенно, мы еще вернемся сюда во время наших следующий путешествий.

預訂的房間含雙早，給的兩張早餐券後來不慎丟失，打電話到前台詢問是否能補，前台回覆：早餐券給了你，你弄丟了是你自己的責任，跟我們沒關係。前台客服一直重複“你弄丟了餐票是你自己的責任”這句話，語氣態度十分惡劣，我從頭到尾也沒説我弄丟了餐票是酒店的責任，我也沒説過讓酒店負責，我衹是問是否能補，不理解為什麼要有那麼大的惡意，我缺你這頓早餐嗎？別的酒店餐票丟了憑房卡家人也能去吃早餐，登記就行。你們這服務水平真的有待提高！
