Jiahe Hotel

The room was OK, just hotel standards. There was the sound of square dancing outside the window at 7 or 8 o'clock in the evening, but it stopped after 8 o'clock. The breakfast is a buffet with many varieties, which suits my mother's taste. Overall, the services and hotel facilities are okay.

It rained heavily that night, and the roof and ceiling were leaking. We were woken up by the sound of water dripping in the middle of the night. I called the front desk immediately. The front desk probably asked a customer service person to come over to check on the situation. The customer service person came in and didn't feel sorry for us. When we changed rooms, our first reaction was to ask if we could get a bucket for us. The cooling effect of the air conditioner in the room was very poor. I turned on the air conditioner all night. The next morning, the indoor temperature was 30 degrees. The experience was very poor and there was no sense of experience at all. It was a waste of money.

The rooms are spacious, bright and fully equipped. There is a supermarket downstairs. Opposite the hotel is a food street, where you can find all kinds of famous local snacks and they are very cheap. It's only ten minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station.

It's a very nice hotel. The environment, service and hygiene are very good. There is also a wine bar opposite the hotel. It's not bad to check in there.

Due to work reasons, I often choose to stay at this hotel. Overall very satisfied. Good value for money, big room, clean and tidy. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. Transportation is also very convenient. Trustworthy.

Facilities: General Hygiene: The carpet is very swollen and full of marks, and there is a smell. Service: The attitude of the day shift front desk staff is poor, but the night shift staff is better. I paid a 200 yuan deposit when I checked in. After checking out, I was told that it would be automatically refunded and I left the hotel. When I got home, I received a message and was refunded 194 yuan for no reason. The money was deducted. I wonder where the 6 yuan went? What is the concept if every room is like this? Needless to say, I am speechless!
