The hotel does not have a parking lot. 5.2 When I went, the front desk and the security guard did not actively inform them where there is a parking lot. When they asked them, they were rather indifferent. The security guards kept playing with their mobile phones. 5.3 When checking out, the front desk and the security have changed people. I proposed to reimburse the parking fee. The front desk told me that the invoice can be reimbursed. When I left, the security also helped to bring the luggage to the door. 吧枱戴眼鏡的女服務員素質太差了，好像是新來的面孔，早上辦理退房的時候她當著我們麪和她的同事數落別的客人，數落的那種語氣特別反感，但是她那個同事沒有搭理她，她一個人繼續在哪裡數落其其他客人。辦完退房，對這個酒店感覺特別差。
