位置絕佳，就在一水分三江旁邊，出門就是竹筏，外面是一派歡笑嬉戲，室內卻有一份寧靜，鬧中取靜，好極了。
出門右邊走10分鐘就到川西竹海，左走一段就可過橋去平樂古鎮商業區，簡直不要太方便。民宿裏有早餐，簡單好吃。
附近有新開的邛州府，裏面有很多遊戲項目，晚上還有演出，五一特別活動國風民樂，以湖心小島為舞台，演出水準舞台聲效極佳。
古鎮可以玩兩天，住在這裏極為安逸舒適。

二樓房間挺寬敞，一樓大廳活動空間很大，有早餐，有麻將機，免費停車，交通方便，民宿外面是一條江，江裏面可以坐船遊玩，夏天應該可以下水乘涼，白天風景很好，非常悠閑，晚上燈光加持，過年還有表演節目，非常適合度假遊玩
