It’s the first time I came to Hainan, and I found that the service staff are very friendly and smiling, and the room is very clean. This time I mainly came here for inspection. The meeting room is quite big. I’m thinking of coming here for meetings and weddings. The venue is great, the environment is also good, and the room is hygienic It's also very good. The sister who cleans is very enthusiastic and cleans very well.

It's truly a hotel I've grown to love more and more with each stay. **Location**: Situated right in the city center, just across the road from Baozhen Supermarket and Beimen Market, it boasts a truly prime location. Getting to all the major attractions is also convenient, usually just a 20-minute drive away. **Room Environment**: The gym and laundry facilities are free to use, and there's a welcome fruit platter. Before arrival, the staff proactively asks if you need a non-smoking room and even inquires about your preferred pillow firmness! This attention to detail is truly remarkable. I've stayed a few times now, and I always sleep soundly through the night, never experiencing insomnia. Plus, being a well-known brand, the room hygiene and facilities are impeccably maintained, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. Seriously, I could live here forever! **Dining**: The breakfast offers a delightful blend of Chinese and Western options, with a wide array of specialty dishes. You'll find fruits, coffee, pastries, noodle soup, congee, and stir-fried noodles – all authentic Qionghai local specialties. Next door is Changlong Restaurant, a local eatery where you can find all sorts of authentic local dishes, including their hot spring goose, which is absolutely delicious! Just 150 meters to the right of the hotel is Qionghai's Yinhai Local Snack Street. As a visitor like me, being able to enjoy authentic Hainanese food without any prior research is incredibly satisfying! Highly recommended! **Recommendation**: If you're visiting Qionghai for the first time, Changlong Hotel is definitely the perfect choice!

The check-in experience was excellent. The lobby was luxurious and grand beyond expectations, and the service staff were well-trained and responsive. The location is convenient and the decoration is exquisite. It is excellent in all aspects, clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding in particular gave me a big surprise. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Qionghai High-speed Railway Station and has convenient transportation. The hotel is new, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious. On the day we checked in, there was a cold air, it was cold and rainy, but the room actually had heating. I ordered breakfast, thinking it was a buffet, but I didn't know that I had to order separately: a choice of porridge or rice noodles. The casserole rice porridge is cooked immediately, so you have to wait. I feel that this method is inconvenient earlier. But overall this hotel is highly recommended.

The entire hotel boasts a lovely British vintage aesthetic, full of charming details. While our room wasn't huge, it was perfectly designed and had everything we needed. They offer a laundry room, a cafe, and even provide free coffee vouchers – adding a gym or a pool would make it absolutely perfect! The location is also very convenient for getting around. However, we booked a 'Fei Fan' family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for four people, but we ran into a significant issue. Despite being a family room for four guests, it only included breakfast for two. We were informed that additional breakfasts would only be provided if we left a positive review. This felt like a cheap marketing tactic and truly soured our experience. I sincerely hope the hotel will be more genuine in the future and ensure that meal provisions truly match the room type booked.

We visited Qionghai with my family and chose this City Comfort Inn. The location is excellent, offering free parking and conveniently close to the Red Detachment of Women Memorial Park and the Boao Forum for Asia. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. The room was immaculately clean, with no overlooked areas. The bedding was fresh and comfortable, and my family was very satisfied with their stay. The soundproofing was good, there was plenty of hot water, and the overall facilities were well-maintained. Clean, convenient, and great service – it's truly a reliable chain brand!

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in recently. It's a newly opened hotel with brand new facilities and a modern and stylish design. The room is super large and clean, with a smart toilet, electric curtains, a large LCD TV, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The whole hotel is filled with a fresh scent, with no odors. The front desk staff is very friendly! Very cost-effective, highly recommended 👍
