During the May Day holiday, I traveled around Qiongzhou Peninsula for a few days. On my birthday, I stayed in this newly opened French-style hotel. The hardware and software were pretty good overall. 👍🏻 Facilities: The overall style and color of the hotel are completely within my aesthetic range. The facilities are quite complete, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a chess and card room, a restaurant, etc. For me, I like to eat Western food. The steak house is still under preparation. I like to play tennis, but there is no tennis court. It's a little regrettable. Hygiene: Very good. The waiter found that the bed sheet was slightly stained and immediately changed it. Full set of bedding Environment: The hotel is located on Boao Tinghai Road, close to the beautiful and clean sea. Service: Humanized service needs to be improved. We hope to provide guests with more sticky service. /PS: When checking out, I felt the professional, efficient and warm service of Xiaoxue at the front desk, which made up for some small regrets and disappointments of this stay. Lovely hotel with a very big (heated) pool. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants along the beach front. Go to the top floor for an awesome view and some acupuncture on your feet!

The room is very clean. It is a very suitable place for transit accommodation. The hotel is in the central area. Many local food can be found just a few minutes downstairs. The scenery in the town is very good, and the rows of rain trees are very beautiful. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. I would like to give an advertisement to the owner. It is good from the bottom of my heart.

In terms of environment, the scenery is unbeatable, the coconut trees and the sea are just like the islands you imagine. In terms of service, the staff's service is impeccable, everyone is full of smiles and greets guests patiently. The housekeeper Zoe is also very attentive. She added WeChat before check-in, arranged the room, and responded to messages in a timely manner.

Stayed here several times. The location is very good. The hotel also kept the clothes I forgot in the closet in the room and gave them to me in good condition. Thank you 🙏

A comfortable hotel in the quaint 琼海市中原镇. Close to main market place and shops， hence getting meal is not an issue. Daily breakfast is good enough to fill up one’s stomach to start the day to tour the neighbouring places of interest like 白石岭、蔡家宅、海的故事 etc. My 2nd time to stay here. Close proximity to the Bo’ao Airport and the Bo’ao Speed Train Station

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.

The price-performance ratio is very high, and it is an accommodation experience that far exceeds expectations! Facilities: Very complete, the room has a large umbrella, iron, plastic slippers for changing and washing, a balcony clothes drying rack, a dehumidifier, and toiletries are all available, which is very convenient. There are also swimming pools and hot springs, which are free to use, hahahaha, the price-performance ratio is very high! Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, no odor. The waiters are well-trained, very considerate and polite in dealing with people. Environment: Very good, it is worthy of being a place for state guests to receive, with beautiful environment and excellent ecology. There are also pineapples on the roadside, and the children are very happy to see it. Service: Very good, the shuttle bus is available on call, the restaurant service facilities are also very complete, the breakfast is very rich, and the elderly and children are very satisfied. I was hungry in the middle of the night, so I ordered a beef noodle, which was also beyond expectations. The service and taste were also very good. After all, it is a place for receiving state banquets. Next time I have a chance, I will stay here again!

The room was well-equipped, with a small balcony. Welcome fruit was provided upon check-in, and the room was clean and tidy. Across from the villa is the Sea Story, where many stalls sell snacks, beach shoes, and conch specialty products. The bustling streets of Boao Town are right outside the Island Forest Hotel! The courtyard garden is beautiful, and the photo ops by the lotus pond are a favorite. The housekeeper was attentive and answered all our questions. He also introduced us to nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was rich, and the local noodle soup was worth trying and satisfying. In the evening, I went to the hotel's fish therapy pool to soak my feet, which was a relaxing and comfortable experience after a day of fun. Recommended stay

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.
