該酒店公寓不具備接客的基本要求。希望整改後再營業。居然15樓停電被困在房間，無電無煤氣，工作人員讓我們自己下來去解決吃喝問題。樓盤晚上靜謐可怕。海馬床墊下墊着一大塊的倒模水泥板。如廁沒有園捲紙，鋁合金門窗生銹不易拉開。廚房煤氣爐沒有通煤氣。

環境真是不錯，小區環境和海灘以及高樓層的視野。但是服務真是堪憂，全程沒有服務員現場服務，衹有電話幕後指導。特別是遇到小區停水應急事件，既沒有提前通知，也無法給出可信的解釋，也衹是回覆：等物業通知，毫無信服力，讓住客措手不及實在是令人遺憾。

離海很近，帶家人入住非常方便。房屋裡麪乾淨整潔，且基本設備都很齊備。小區裏面也有便利店和小餐館，日常生活還是挺方便的。離潭門漁港和博物館也很近。
