Hotel and facilities do not look as advertised. Lifts and rooms smell of smoke. Breakfast spread is limited, but you could order a hot bowl of noodle soup. The free use of washing machine and dryer were extremely useful. Overall for the price, one cannot expect much more..

环境：酒店離市中心很近，吃喝玩樂都不熟，比較適合自駕遊，離高速路口很近，對面還有加油站，
设施：大堂很寬敞，房間也很大，床墊軟但不塌，廁所幹濕分離，還有張大寫字台
卫生：房間衛生很乾淨
服务：所有的服務員都有微笑服務，辦理入住很速度，有要求都能及時解決，大堂還有機器人能送東西還能聽音樂
酒店早餐也很棒，粵式早茶，新鮮好吃😋還有免費的自助區提供，吃早餐外面有個小廳院，還能聽到流水聲，超讚

朋友推薦來的，前台小姐姐給我們升級了✌果然房間和圖片一樣漂亮温馨，非常乾淨整潔，出差那麼多地方這次算最好的了，一進酒店大堂就是一股濃濃的萬泉河氣息，大堂很敞亮還有文化展示區，旁邊還有特色衣服可以穿來📷，前台小姐姐服務特別好，聽前台小姐姐介紹酒店是以萬泉河為主題的客房，從房間還能看到庭院景色特別美，酒店離萬泉河很近傍晚還去溜達了一會，愛了，愛了強烈推薦

此次的旅程讓我很驚喜，剛開始猶豫盲盒房型的選擇，想着湊合一晚，但是到了酒店，前台小姐姐無比的nice，直接給我升級了✌️，酒店大體環境都很不錯，衞生很乾凈，服務員很熱情，交通便利下了高鐵動車後打個車就到了，最主要周邊吃的也很方便，強力推薦銀海雜糧街，燒雞和粗糧真的一絕，下回來出差，我會繼續選擇皇馬假日，希望能再幸運一次可以升級哦……

第一次來海南，發現服務人員都很熱情笑容很好，房間很乾凈，這次主要過來考察，會議室還挺大的，考慮過來開會和辦婚禮，場地很棒，環境也不錯，房間衞生也很好，打掃的阿姐很熱情，打掃的很乾凈
