The pictures, and advertising looks great. But the rooms itself were very different, no refrigerator, and very dirty and dusty. The pools smelled horrible, the bath in the room was rusted, and there was only one restaurant open at only certain times. No place to buy water, cold drinks, or anything else. If you don't have a car the nearest shop is about 3km away. Definitely won't recommend going.

每年必去一次的温泉酒店，擁有海南最好的温泉大泡池，温泉水裡硫磺味道絕對不是普通水加熱那種，就是可惜裝修時間太久了設施老化，不過客房還是挺乾淨的，服務人員比較少，但有事情打總機電話也能有人及時來解決問題，如果不重新裝修，衹想做為養老酒店來維持，實在是可惜了這麼好的温泉大泳池和温泉泡池

房問不理想，外環境還不錯，房間要好好整改，我已經住過二次，隔了三年，越來越差，舊，破。衞生間已經到了不能使用的底線了。改進，改進。

房間設施太老舊了，建議做個更新。温泉池的水非常地道，有一股淡淡的硫磺氣味，泡過温泉身上滑滑的，我朋友的濕疹居然見好。

酒店公共設施和泳池已 修繕好， 雖然酒店有年代感，泳池是 依然的棒。 泡池水温很熱， 晚上下了一場大雨， 大泳池的水温不是很高， 游泳温度很舒服， 家庭親子游 泡温泉很好的地方， 下次還來。

30年前，官塘温泉是海南最好的休閑養生勝地之一。20年前，設備環境和服務都很好，在海南也排在前列。5、6年前來住過，雖説房屋設備陳舊，但餐廳服務尚可，親友可以聚會。現在除了早餐自助，午餐晚餐沒有餐點。非常可惜這麼好的自然資源，如今不僅房屋設施得不到修繕改觀，餐飲服務也缺失了。十分遺憾。
