房間首先不説潮散發的各種黴味，其次陽台的門鎖不上，三層的高度真的會有安全隱患，和管家溝通後，竟給不出任何解決辦法，後面管家直接乾脆不回消息了，門口的觸控板每隔幾分鐘就會出現按鍵的聲音會持續幾秒鐘到十幾秒（像有人按密碼鎖的聲音），房間內的燈一半都是壞的，衞生特別差，地上都是粘粘的東西，沙發墊子都是臟兮兮的，總之體驗感很差，管家服務也很差勁，不建議大家來住。

房間石兩室一廳，套房，正海景，兩個廁所，陽台很大，廚房微波爐洗衣機啥都有，合適一家子旅遊的！老闆人很好很熱情的。這裏真的太適合療養了！下去就是樓盤的私家沙灘，沙子軟軟的，這塊很適合沖浪，很多人在沖浪～一邊去玉帶灣啊，一邊去潭門鎮，孟菜園，青葛村，都很漂亮海安靜～推薦一下嘉積鎮的和樹雜糧店，都好好吃，每次去博鰲鎮一定要去吃這家的。博鰲真的是個好地方

房間挺寬敞的，可以看到椰林和一些海。小區和周圍都比較安靜，附近沒有什麼商業，如果要吃東西的話需要去兩公裡外的潭門鎮或者點外賣。

客廳超大，有兩個衞生間，用起來方便，陽台也非常大，適合吹風看風景。窗外的景色很美，離海邊很近。
第一次住共享公寓，不太清楚流程，預訂後一直沒有管家來聯繫過，晚上抵達後發現進不了大樓，打電話才問到。另外唯一的淋浴間是電熱水器，燒水比較慢，洗完一個人要等，供三個人的熱水花了挺長時間。除此之外，入住和退房都很方便。

是我住過性價比最高的海景房 離海很近 景色超漂亮 閉眼沖啊 一推門我就直接續住了 要不是20號來文昌看衞星發射 可以住一個星期 因為是無接觸入住 我在網上續住成功後第二天10點左右酒店工作人員通知我換到另一棟樓的海景房 可是我已經在外面玩了又不是自駕 工作人員積極協調沒有換房
