Good location with many good food nearby. Housekeeping staff responded fast to all our needs. There is a cafe nearby that serves nice bread, cake and coffee. Will stay at this hotel when I come again for my next holiday.

The front desk service was enthusiastic and it was definitely a member who took the initiative to upgrade the room. The room is located on the 11th floor. You can open the window to let in natural wind, so the room is not so stuffy. The hot water is great, the toiletries are fully equipped, and the fragrance is long-lasting. Maybe the decoration time is too long. It would be nice if the carpets could be replaced with floor tiles or flooring to make cleaning easier.

During the Chinese New Year, there were not many people. The hotel was decorated very prosperously. We stayed on the 9th floor and the lighting was average. The room smelled moldy and it didn't feel good. It was okay after opening the door for ventilation.
