It was dark inside the community, except for a little light in the security room at the entrance. There were tall buildings all around. It wasn't very late (a little after 8 o'clock) and there was no one in the community. We parked the car and arrived at the door of the room as shown in the order. I called the owner, who needed to fill in a message, add WeChat, and inform him that the room was on the 27th floor, not the 3rd floor. I was already in a bad mood at this time, as I was unfamiliar with the place and it was so late. Entering the room, first of all, the room was very dark (uncomfortable), and the facilities were old. I sweated a lot in Sanya, and I wanted to take a shower before cleaning up. There was no hot water, so I contacted the owner and she said, "Sometimes you need to wait for the hot water to come." I thought so too, so I waited all night. In the morning, I found that not only the hot water, but also the cold water was intermittent. I contacted the owner and she told me that she would not come to work until 9 o'clock. This was really intolerable, so I changed to contact the platform for a refund and compensation for the loss. The platform intervened and the owner quickly responded and solved the problem. She found another room for me, and we took a shower. She even blamed me, asking why I didn't contact her after waiting all night. I really didn't have the time and mood to talk nonsense with her, so we went to Tanmen. It is best not to book a room so high, as the water may not reach it. It is fine to have a view of the sea if you book a lower room. As for the service, I didn't ask for a refund or compensation for such a ridiculous service and I will never see it again. We were already at the door of the room. What's the point of adding WeChat and then sending messages on how to find the building and how to get in? ! In a word, staying at her B&B is the worst experience!
