Service: I have been traveling for so many times, but this is the first time I have encountered such a hotel. The room I booked a few days in advance showed that I could check in after 2 pm. We arrived at 9 pm, and the front desk told me that the room had not been cleaned and I had to wait until it was cleaned before I could check in. And the explanation given to me was: there are more than a hundred rooms and only four housekeepers, so they cannot keep cleaning. Then I want to ask, is it possible for you to explain this to consumers? Why did you book out so many rooms if you couldn’t clean them all? We waited for more than half an hour with our two children and finally were able to move in. The whole time...the front desk lady was indifferent and had a very arrogant attitude. I asked her for children's slippers, and she told me that she didn't have any. Please compare it with other chain hotels of the same price. Are you living in the 1980s? You don't have children's slippers, toiletries, or anything! Facilities: The soundproofing is very poor. It was past midnight and the upstairs was still very noisy. If you don't go early for breakfast, you won't be full. I'm not a pretentious person. I travel several times a year. This time I really couldn't stand it anymore and gave a bad review. If there are areas where you haven't done well, you can be a little more polite. I can't hold on to it. If you can't do anything, why are you still working in the service industry?
