Monsoon Hotel (Qionghai Yinhai Zaliang Street)

Very, very good! My parents and I were very touched to be able to stay in a hotel with such good service attitude and details in Qionghai. Let’s talk about a few details: 1) When I went to check in at the front desk, the girls were very kind and had a smile on their face. 2) Due to my negligence, I did not confirm whether the room had a window (a window to the outside). My father insisted on having a window. As a result, the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us a discount and added some money to change to a larger room. 3) There are free roasted sweet potatoes at the front desk. The young lady is very generous. In addition to eating sweet potatoes for breakfast, she also gave us one each and peanut candy before leaving. Dad was very happy. 4) The air-conditioning outlet in the room has a clothes hook and a clothes hanging fork, which is really surprising and considerate. The clothes were dry in just one night, kudos! 5) Water is available at the lobby and at the elevator entrance. People with high quality will not take it randomly. 6) The lobby is not big, but it is well-equipped, especially the thoughtful items at the service desk: straws, disposable chopsticks, dental floss, sugar packets, sewing boxes, reading glasses, nail clippers, mosquito repellent, hair ties, masks, Alcohol, hair gel, hair wax, tea, band-aid, wet wipes, earplugs, cotton swabs, sanitary napkins, brown sugar ginger tea, iodophor, blood pressure monitor, dust collector, hair remover. Then, grab any oranges and pastries on the side. I feel like basically everything I might need is here. 7) Printing services, postcard mailing, stamping, etc. marvelous!

Everything was very good and exceeded expectations. The environment is clean, a large-screen TV is eye-friendly, the mattress is comfortable, and washing and drying are convenient. There is a small healing message at the door of each room, which is very thoughtful. There are also free coffee, snacks and fruits. The most unique thing is that you can change the postcards when sending them. The boys and girls in the hotel are very enthusiastic and considerate of the guests. Not inferior to a star hotel, the experience is very great. A small gift was given when checking out.

This hotel is really good. I stayed in more than a dozen hotels during my trip. This one is the best one. The staff are very warm and friendly. All the services are from the heart. The atmosphere is great. I give you a thumbs up. The hotel has free coffee, roasted sweet potatoes, the staff will take the initiative to wash your clothes, and there are many humanized details, which is great!

Average. I couldn’t sleep well at night. I don’t know why my back was itchy while sleeping. I checked out early in the morning. But the service was good…………………………………………………………………………
