前台服務態度差，，和前台溝通兩點退房，他説沒問題，結果11點半就打電話來了，問我續住還是退房，掛牌請勿打擾，不知道什麼意思，這酒店前廳的服務水平堪憂，房間陰暗潮濕，空調異響嚴重，大早上六點半樓上就在敲敲敲，隔音也不好，衞生間的沐浴露洗頭水不知道什麼時候的，都用不了，電視會自動開的，這個就有點**，床單被套也不知道有沒有換過，有個枕頭有明顯不知道什麼污漬，總體來説，酒店服務沒有，硬件設施也不行，衞生也差，就地理位置好。
