沒想到這個小城市還有這麼高檔的酒店，環境好衞生好，服務各方面都非常好，特別是前台的小繆，熱情為顧客着想，為她點贊，並決定多住一晚。

欽州最好的酒店，入住送了坭興陶以及早餐，服務態度也很好，裝修大氣，湖景房景色很美，各方面都是不錯的，值這個價！

酒店整體都是比較好的，就是前台辦理入住的人態度非常差有一個女的，不過也記不住了就算了，我認為欽州唯一一家五星級酒店，對於這方面的培訓應該更到位，而不是客户好態度的去諮詢問題很兇的回覆，當時都想投訴了，不過想一下還是算了

酒店各項設施很好，前台服務態度熱情周到。下次到欽州還會入住該酒店。
ps:早餐廳的服務員需要提升下服務細節。我早晨用餐，所坐餐桌上餐巾紙沒了，先後三個服務員在我餐桌前不遠站着，但是都沒有一個服務員發現這個問題。我自己用餐完，從鄰桌拿了幾張餐巾紙放在餐巾架上。
