前台有些欠缺，入住當天已經晚上十二點多了，房間在另一棟樓也沒有告訴我，領着兩個孩子，後來是另一個人看到我們才把我們帶過去，可以加強一下培訓了

房間的純凈水喝完再要的話，需要另收費購買，真不能理解，也太奇葩了。全國連鎖的格林豪泰酒店還缺幾瓶水的錢嗎？其它連鎖酒店包括地方酒店也沒見過這麼乾的，幾瓶水不值錢，但你們酒店把錢看的太重了，作為服務行業，你們根本就不知道啥叫顧客至上，服務太差，入住體驗感極差！
