超級舒服方便的民宿，大廳有凈水機可以接安全好喝的飲用水，有茶台，房間大，行李多的特別適合，洗澡水多放一會兒熱水很好用，床墊品質很好，對我這種睡眠輕的很友好，晚上睡覺也安靜，門口停車很方便，有電梯，關鍵是欽州市區好吃的網紅打卡的都在附近2公里之內，真的是老城區最方便的位置。老闆很熱情好客，什麼事情都幫你解決，我們突發奇想想在民宿做海鮮做飯吃，老闆幫忙解決電磁爐還儘可能提供調料，我們都覺得非常麻煩老闆了，把廚房餐廳打掃乾淨還原，不給老闆添堵，還給我們嘗她朋友從雲南帶的生態蘋果🍎非常好的民宿，喜歡自助的客人可以來體驗哦。祝老闆生意興隆👍房間圖片與網上圖片相符合。我們是四個來自四川成都的自駕遊客，不是託兒，兩個雙床房住了三天，很滿意！！！民宿隔壁的粽子很好吃，2.50元/個，很好吃。房間圖片忘了拍，有特色，每個房間都不一樣的風格。圖片是我們在民宿六樓自己動手做的海鮮餐）

一家巷子裏的寵物友好温暖小居。入住前致電瞭解薩摩耶能否攜同，老闆娘聲音温柔，熱情告知之前金毛等都曾入住，可放心前往；到店的熱情歡迎，倍感親切。店門口可停車，房間乾淨整潔，裝修品位，有家的温馨，非常滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦。

南下避寒，走了近十個城市，住了十多個酒店，欽州銘桂生活館是最神奇，最難忘最喜歡的。上午近十點到酒店，推開門就被酒店的書香氣吸引了，欣賞了好一會不見有人，遂電話聯繫。一小會兒出來一個氣質女士，直説對不起，然後為我們安排好房間，並親自送到。在一一介紹住宿事宜及欽州遊的諸多情況後，客氣地留下句″有事電話聯繫我。”，至到今早我們離店，酒店廳堂裏沒見過第二人，不便打擾，我們將房間鑰匙放在廳堂茶桌上，亦滿足地離去——神奇吧，難忘吧？
酒店的舒適你也許從照片上的一些細節可以感受到，當然，若去住住，就一定會喜歡上的。

房間裝修很用心，雖不是酒店，但是比酒店好，床品睡着很舒服。附近就是二馬路夜市，農貿市場走路10分鐘也到了，老城區都是開了十幾年的店鋪。

這家是絕對可以住的，價格合適就不用猶豫了。旁邊可以停車很方便，老闆娘會指揮。 我去的時候內部電梯有點問題，不知道現在修好了沒。 房間整體也很大很乾凈，有空調。 老闆是內蒙人，很熱情，祝你生意興隆，常回家看看。
