什麼檔次，還敢説是國際酒店，連旅社條件都達不到，圖片與現場環境嚴重不符，大家一定要注意影視房是無窗的，像被關在裏面一樣，太壓抑了，影視房裡麪的投影設施也很拉垮，投影儀就在頭頂，各種線亂七八糟，清晰度一眼難盡。連一次性拖鞋都沒有，花灑都不穩，住宿感實在難以吐槽。一萬個差評。

衞生：衞生啥的是真的差，我是真不知道那麼多好評是怎麼來的。這酒店破得跟90年代的旅館沒兩樣，房間一股煙味，很濃又散不去，枕頭床單明顯有睡過的摺痕，都不知道是不是上一個客人住的壓根沒換。枕頭也是一股別人躺過的臭味，換另外一邊就是煙味。媽的這環境你們是怎麼敢收580這個價格的？而且還跟“國際”兩個字掛鈎？？

環境的話還一般吧但也還行，他主要是呢我們那個房間的那個廁所門壞了鎖不起來，稍微臟一點的是那個窗簾還有那個馬桶。房間的話隔音不是特別差，但也沒有很好反正能睡得着。空調那個遙控器壞了，不過我們的手機有自帶軟件能開空調。他優點地理位置挺好的也比較靠近鴻發市場那邊。去哪兒都方便反正還是能接受的。

定的房間和給的房間圖片不符，而且衞生情況也不好。床上用品出現破損和臟的情況，和前台説了，前台衹能讓我等他們換新的床上用品，而且當時比較着急出去，他們還叫我等…
最後衹能自己掏錢升級房間…升級完了看了一下，這個房間才和之前預訂房間的一樣……

和描述的一致，位置離鴻發夜市近，去馮子材故居也近。床墊軟，房間佈局合理，工作人員熱情。性價比高。辦理入住（10點後）和退房（14點前）的時間很寬裕，這點必須點贊！

欽州市區大環境差，不像一個地級市，進入酒店樓層和房間就聞到難聞的味道，可能是地毯沒有清理乾淨，時間久了形成的。早餐沒有幾樣，牛奶像是和水兑的一樣難喝，自己燙的粉條也沒有肉末，很難吃，衹有一個服務員，客人吃過的殘渣碗筷也不收一下，還是我自己用餐巾紙擦桌子，不值315元的房價，反正就是我住過最差的一家酒店。
