好説下好的地方，服務真的不錯，幾乎有求必應，很有禮貌。
硬件稍差，有些老舊，晚上洗澡水不是很熱。
早餐是便餐。
在服務區裏面，春節進來景區要收10元停車費，其他沒有費用。景區很大，開車到處逛很爽，去海豚灣乘船去碼頭也不遠。
對住宿品質沒那麼大要求的，也可以的。

感覺應該是三娘灣最好的酒店了吧，雖然距離海邊有點距離，但是自駕就完全避免了出行不便的問題。酒店設施制度都很好，這家也是開了很久的了，還可以承接會議這些。唯一就是現在入住率不高，早餐有點簡陋。

房間一股黴味，很舊 ，衞生間的木頭門都黴爛了，都有好多木屑掉下來，非常非常糟糕的房間，避雷。

公共房間設施及其老，游泳池不開，早餐少又難吃，毛巾床單啥的各種發黃跟爛，最主要是房間的抽紙，不知道被什麼水或液體弄臟了，幹了繼續給客户用……我的天啊，及其不推薦，避雷吧

入住貴酒店，感受一言難盡，問題1：中午到達辦理入住後用廁發現馬桶堵塞，前台很快找人疏通，幾小時後回到酒店，發現還是不能完全暢通，勉強接受理解；2：正當疲憊不堪回酒店休整洗漱時，晚8時左右突然停電，當時頭髮暈😵；3：正在焦急等待來電，在大廳邊發現蛇，想到自己就剛好入住一樓，正好在發現蛇不足50米，沒有接到任何提示不開門窗（一樓正好是玻璃門，沒有紗窗，為通風全程開啟），安全受到嚴重威脅；介於以上三點問題，提出希望換房，得到經理答覆兩個選項：退房自己到其他酒店或打110報警！直接無語😅，後經過一系列電話投訴，酒店還是給做了換房處理。感謝攜程平台的理解包容！期待未來能帶給客人更好的旅遊入住體驗！
