酒店二樓有KTV，晚上睡覺巨吵無比，超過凌晨兩點半還在營業，因為是家庭出遊訂了5間房，一行18個人都沒有休息好。跟酒店前台反應噪音問題，衹是説跟KTV反應了，結果還是打110，請來警察叔叔才好使，

1.到店付完按金才説2樓有ktv 非常吵非常震！！
2.房間燈光非常暗！！！！！
3.前台態度非常不好，完全沒有一個服務態度，連我在內現場有三家人都跟前台發生了爭執，都是因為態度，跟前台溝通的時候前台都是：對對對是是是，真無語🙄
4.並且位置很偏！！！離市區30多公里
