嚴重差評！上午起床準備洗漱時，發現洗手間水龍頭和馬桶的水全部發黃渾濁（附照片視頻為證）。當即聯繫前台，對方説“多放一會兒水就好”，結果持續放水20分鐘仍無改善，最終被迫帶着滿嘴泡沫乾嘔、蓬頭垢面離開酒店，全天行程都被耽誤！
作為連鎖酒店，面對突發水質問題：
1、前台毫無應急處理能力，既未主動排查原因（是否管道維修/水箱污染？），也未提供瓶裝水或更換房間解決洗漱等解決方案；
2、所謂“正常現象”純屬敷衍，明顯是酒店維護失職（我在其他酒店住了很多次都沒出現這種問題，這是在漢庭住的第二天）
全國連鎖酒店連基礎清潔用水都無法保障，讓我長個見識。以後不會再來了。

一家人挑來選去還是落腳漢庭，連鎖店無論是衞生、配置都是量化管理，服務及細節相較於當地都屬佼佼者，住習慣了！來拜訪的朋友和親戚在大廳都能很好交流，並備有茶水。今天中午退房還看到大廳內好幾盆盛開的牡丹花，見者花開富貴寓意好！
