衞生：乾淨整潔，
環境：房間面積大，床鋪也大，環境不錯，住着舒服，對面就是南湖公園，開窗就能看到荷花綻放，非常漂亮。
服務：前台小姐姐服務非常好，我們出門急，忘帶充電頭，小姐姐主動幫忙給我借了充電頭。早餐一般，如果能把早餐弄的再豐富一點就完美了。

我住過其他酒店，房間礦泉水備兩瓶 ，再喝收費，可在明悦酒店多喝了幾瓶都沒收費，房間價格也合適，這裏環境設施都很好，衞生也很乾凈，還有洗衣服的地方，感覺明悦酒店服務真的太好了！

剛剛結束了在貴酒店的入住，迫不及待地想分享這次非常滿意的體驗！從預訂到離店，每一個環節都讓我感到舒適和愉悦。
環境與衞生：走進大堂的第一印象就非常好，乾淨明亮，香氛怡人。房間更是讓我驚喜！打掃得一塵不染，床品潔白舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，設施光亮如新，看得出清潔工作非常到位，住得特別安心。
房間設施：房間設計合理，空間寬敞，採光通風良好，視野非常好。床墊軟硬適中，一夜好眠！隔音效果也很不錯，基本聽不到外面的噪音。
服務態度：必須重點表揚這裏的服務！前台和客房服務每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，熱情主動。辦理入住/退房手續高效流暢，提出的問題和需求都能得到及時、耐心的迴應和解決，真正讓我感受到了“賓至如歸”。

房間寬敞明亮，特乾淨。全屋設計人性化、智能化。床墊足有30公分厚、床品質優、蓋着柔軟舒適、體驗感極佳。洗護用品也是一線品牌，用後身心俱爽。早餐品種多，特別炒菜美味可口。且從入住到退房前台小姐姐們全程服務周到、熱情、專業、快捷、特有賓至如歸的温馨感，特推薦出門在外的友友們來沁縣一定入住體驗。

不錯不錯前台態度很好，感覺很親切，天氣熱，要了兩瓶水，機器人一會兒就送到了，外賣也是機器人送的，應該是外賣員直接交給機器人的，房間是中央空調，不冷不熱感覺很舒服。
