Facilities: The booked big bed room is just right for a family of three, a big bed and then a tatami by the window. You can also lie outside the window. The main road to Tiger Rock is on both sides. There are merchants. Seafood buffets. Pharmacy supermarkets. Early snacks are very complete.
Hygiene: Environmental sanitation meets the standards
Service: The room I booked has no elevator on the second floor, and there is an elevator above the third floor. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and proactive to help with luggage service.
The main Landuo Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Tiger Stone. The hotel has an exclusive parking lot behind it for free parking. We check out at noon and ask the front desk if we need to empty the parking space. The front desk brother said that it can continue to be disabled. As a result, we went out to rent a two-wheeled electric bike to play until 17:00 pm. 😄

Highly recommend! The most convenient location in Qinhuangdao, you can walk to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants, university and have easy access to nearby Beidaihe, Nandaihe or even Anaya.
Check-in was simple, the staff were friendly and attentive.
The room was large, clean with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is also available at the hotel.

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears)
The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western.
The swimming pool was clean.

The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.

I recently stayed at a hotel with my daughter and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The breakfast provided was poor in terms of variety, same menu everyday. They put water in orange juice when it was run out. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near the beach and not far from railway station. On the downside, the room size was incredibly small. Considering these factors, I believe that this hotel did not live up to its 4-star rating and would not recommend it for a luxurious stay.

First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product.
Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun.
Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes.
Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car.
Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

The building is beautiful and includes a mini museum exhibition of calligraphy and lovely gardens. The room was clean, comfortable and provided 6 bottles of complementary water.
The staff were friendly and helpful, even letting me check out at 2pm since I had a 3pm train to Dalian.
Location wise the hotel is situated right next to the first gate under Heaven tourist area. You can get a good view of the gate even from the hotel courtyard, also walkable to restaurants and the drum tower just a couple hundred meters away.
Lastly it’s just a short taxi ride from the rail station (1.6km/5min/8rmb) and laolongtou Great Wall section (7km/15min/15rmb).

GGuest UserI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

VVadimCuveeWe stayed for a day. It is located far from the city, which is why it lowered the rating, although on the other hand the hotel has perhaps the best access to the sea in the area. Your own water park and swimming pool. The hotel complex includes several buildings. In the central one, as I understand it, banquets are held. There is a concert hall. Large restaurant building. We were accommodated in the 6th room and it looked like we were alone, so the soundproofing is difficult to assess. The room is big. Bathrobes, iron, refrigerator, smart toilet: everything is like in the four. The head waiter even opens the doors just like in the fives. The breakfast is really good, even natural coffee. The only thing was that there were no forks, my wife was experimenting with the shelves. Buses do not go here, there are no problems with taxis. I recommend.

Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day.
The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you.
The rooms are spacy and modern.
For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

AArtsemView from the window is disgusting, a lot of garbage on the streets out there, box houses, feels like a ghetto.
Working table and some surfaces were full of dust.
At the same time the staff is very polite. There were some problems at checin with passports verification, and room key become disabled at some point. So staff helped with these.
Breakfast was ok, not strong varied, but tasty and hearthy.
At night main entrance is closed, you'll need to use sideway entrance (follow near 24/7 label)

Cleanliness: Stayed for one more night and cleaned in time.
Environment: The parent-child sea view is fixed, you can see the sea when you open the window (as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2), which is really great. If it is sunny, you can see the sunrise from the room (unfortunately we encountered cloudy)
Service: Attentive service, help to call a courtesy car to pick you up at the door.
Three travel photos are given away: It was very hot and dry when I took the photos. I thought I was fooling around and took a few photos, but I didn’t expect the film to be quite good! The photographer really knows how to pose for a lot of photos. And the photo retouching is amazing, the blue sky and white clouds are taken in a cloudy day😂 The effect is good, but there is a charge for photo retouching, but it’s not bad so I bought it~

In this beautiful season of April, pear and peach blossoms are in full bloom in front of the hotel, and several internet celebrities are seen taking pictures. The hotel's own restaurant is even better, the dishes are very delicious and worth tasting.

GGuest UserThe outdoor environment is very good. It is satisfying to maintain the lawn by the beach to this extent. You can fly kites and camp. There is also a very quiet forest, which is suitable for cycling and walking. The front desk will also take the initiative to add the housekeeper WeChat, and you can contact at any time if you need it. There are indeed some shortcomings, which are concentrated in the following points:
1. Our room is on the first floor. It was still cold during the May Day holiday. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner.
2. The free mineral water in the room is ice dew, and the bottle is extremely soft, which is inconsistent with the star rating and room price.
3. The parent-child self-service hot pot has good ingredients, but the waiter is very inefficient. Beef slices and mutton slices cannot be taken by yourself, and can only be ordered by the waiter. We ordered two portions of mutton, and one was served for a long time before it was served in the middle of the meal. The other portion did not come up until we finished eating and left. During the period, I told three different waiters to urge it, but it did not come up in the end. Moreover, it was not the peak dining time. The people at the next table were served later. I don’t know why ours was not served. I was too lazy to ask at the end of the meal...

GGuest UserIt was such an unique experience to stay in a hotel inside the ancient city wall, it felt like travelled back to China in the olden days.
As it was off-peak season when we visited 山海关，we were upgraded to a family room, which mean there is a separate bedroom with a single bed, on top of a master room with a double bed.
As it was rather cold and we were tired from all the walking, we decided to make life easy by eating at the restaurant within the hotel. We didn't expect much though. But..., we were much much more than surprise the dishes were Ace standard, be it in presentation or taste! A big big thumb up!
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them feel at home at all times.
P.S the teapot was not filled with tea but a yummilicious 松茸汤。
