When traveling to Qinhuangdao, I chose the Courtyard by Marriott. Let me share my personal experience. As a five-star hotel in Qinhuangdao, no one was responsible for picking up luggage and driving the door. A service that can only be enjoyed by Marriott Platinum Cards (after staying in so many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I learned that this hotel’s turndown service is only provided for Platinum Cards. I had never heard of it before. As the only comfortable outdoor venue in the hotel, can't guests even sit down? ? Since they are not allowed to enter the hotel, why should the lawn be used as a publicity? And can there be a sign at the door not allowing entry? ! Unable to understand! In addition, the hotel has opened a cute pet park, but after looking at it, I found that two rabbits were lame... There was no water or food in the bowl. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the health of the small animals when opening the park... The day after communicating with Ctrip, the hotel's guest relations manager called and learned what had happened. He replaced the purifier and provided corresponding room service and turndown. The next day, there was also a dedicated driver downstairs at the front desk. Door and luggage (I don’t know if I will not be there on the day of check-in) Overall, the experience was not very good, but fortunately there was someone to deal with it. I would like to give a thumbs up to the hotel guest relations manager and the guy wearing glasses and a suit at the front desk! I hope the hotel’s staff management can be strengthened...

Great new hotel. Located in the first row at the beach. Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day. The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you. The rooms are spacy and modern. For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

The hotel is located at a privileged location in beidaihe. Very close to the birds park, the rave pier, the zoo and it is so cheap to take a taxi or didi to move around to Qinghuangdao. The amenities are very clean and with an upscale style. Breakfast had lots of options and it was simply delicious. A special shout-out to Joey for making our stay the most pleasant and effortless so far. The staff is so kind and friendly with a service attitude. Will definitely come back to stay here.

The service at Junyu Hotel is super considerate. Before check-in, we will give you a good night snack. All inquiries will be answered with a smile throughout the process. Patiently explain the surrounding environment and traffic. The hotel is very stylish, with convenient parking on the ground, spacious rooms, clean supplies, no peculiar smell, and adequate air conditioning. It is super close to the sea, the room has no sea view but the view is good. The hotel has its own swimming pool, restaurant, and children's activity center. There are small robots that can deliver goods to the room. Children like them very much. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is unwilling to send them. In addition, there is no floor drain in the toilet area, which is easy to accumulate water. After staying for two days before leaving, I found that the roof of the room was leaking, and the leather shoes in front of my door were soaked. These things can be done by the old chain, but it must not be the core competitiveness of Yunsong. Yunsong is a ”homestay” with scarce humanistic care. Every staff member has a distinctive personality, but there is an inexplicable obsession, that is, to find ways to make guests more satisfied. This kind of humanistic care scale requirements are very high, and the point will not make the guests feel abrupt, which Yunsong did. Driving me to buy wine, preparing red tulips, and booking a restaurant, these are almost zero from a cost perspective, but it is still very moving to do it. This price is not high, it can be high, the hotel and the guests meet in the water, it can be a two-way rush. Here, I emphasize Comrade Kiki. Comrade Kiki loves to laugh, but she has to be held up out of professionalism, and the result is a case of failure in expression management. Kiki is very meticulous and smiles out of simplicity and gentleness. I will often come to see my friends.

This hermitage experience felt like a VIP. I checked in on my birthday and called the hotel in advance to inform them. The hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and gave me a birthday cake (cheesecake is delicious😋) When we arrived at the door, the hotel staff at the door took the initiative to pick up our luggage, help us put it on the luggage cart and take it to the door of the room. I would like to like our guest relations manager Xiao Meng with her real name. It can be said that she is very thoughtful! After checking in, we added WeChat and proactively provided us with various services, such as humidifiers, personalized pillows, footbaths, and even helped us arrange bath bags to be laid out in the bathtub. If you are matched with Xiao Meng when you check in, it will be a worry-free experience hahaha The hotel room type and environment are very good. The bathtub is quite big. If you want to use it, be sure to put the water in 20 minutes in advance. You can drive into the main park during the off-season, but it is probably because the systems are not interoperable. You must register every time you enter and exit the pole, otherwise you will be charged a parking fee (a cap of 20 yuan for each entry and exit) Overall experience five points! Recommended for everyone to choose!

The service at the hotel is really good. I love how they provided use free fruits on our 1st day and snacks on our 2nd day. I wish they would have more staff that speaks English et every entrance of the different part of the amenities. Prices at restaurants are very affordable. The indoor pools and hotsprings are the amenities I liked best. The beach area is clean but it was low tide when we came there and the the water is a bit cold. Good for a very hot day unfortunately, we came on a cloudy day in June.

The hotel's location is very good, close to the beach and there is also a shuttle bus, but the facilities in the hotel room are quite old. The sofa in the room is a bit dirty, which makes people feel uncomfortable. The hotel provides plenty of bottled water, which is convenient for guests, and some snacks that make guests feel very considerate.
