The Shangri-La hotel is a beautiful hotel located in a prime spot next to the beach. There is a great buzz and range of facilities at the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, however, there were a few frustrating things. I arrived after the check-in time but my room was not yet ready. To compensate for this, I was taken to the executive lounge and my request for a late check out was accepted. At breakfast the next morning, many of the coffee machines had run out of milk and it took a little while for the milk to be topped up.

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a view. I was a little concerned about the large number of windows, but I didn't expect the view to be wider and more beautiful. I was amazed by the view and it was worth staying here.

The service was outstanding, extremely helpful, very friendly and attentive - many thanks to Joey who was able to help with any question! The hotel and outdoor facilities convince by a great design and are top maintained. Absolut top Position directly at the wide and clean sandy beach. An absolute highlight is the pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay. The indoor pool area is als very nice. Our room with large balcony and view of the beach was very clean and spacious. In the outdoor area is a large shallow children’s pool. Nice corners and seating areas invite you to linger. The beach directly in front of the hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. The Hotel also has a children area. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious Chinese and Western dishes. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

It was a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very convenient and bustling around! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was very spacious! The library on the second floor is very good, and there are picture books suitable for children. The breakfast is very rich, but the quality is still inferior to other five-star hotels. The service of the waiters in the restaurant needs to be improved. Generally, they will take the initiative to help children with hot things, but the waiters in this restaurant did not, and there was no sense of enthusiastic service.

Comrade Zhan Weiqi at the front desk was very considerate. He introduced the hotel facilities in detail and helped us upgrade to a sea view room. He gave him a great praise. The room is spacious, fully equipped and has floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views. The restaurant is very large and has a variety of food. From the guidance in the parking lot to the reception at the lobby and the room service, the work is very regular and warm. It's very close to the seaside, just a few minutes' walk away.

There is no better hotel in Aranya👍 (really no better) Facilities: From the hotel lobby to the facilities in the room, they are the best in Aranya and also the most stylish. Hygiene: Very good, they will take the initiative to clean the room for you when you go out. Environment: I like it very much, it feels like staying at the Ritz-Carlton Hideaway Hotel before. Service: It couldn't be better, all service staff will call you by your last name affectionately, and almost always respond to your requests. From picking us up from another hotel to leaving EOSO, it gave people a very warm feeling, and the service alone is definitely worth the price. Summary: Because I wanted to experience two different hotels, I only stayed for one night and was still not satisfied. I have planned to stay here again in May-June to experience the feeling of summer. I hope to see everyone who hosted us this time next time❤️

The bedroom is large, the space is good, the long row of tables is close to the window, it is also very comfortable to work or sit and look out the window~ The sofa is large, deep, and comfortable~ The bathroom and the bathing pool also have very good space scale, not crowded at all, all the toiletries are very good, bath bags and bath salts are prepared for bathing, which is very considerate, and there are fruits/drinks for bathing~ The hotel is in Phase 8. Although it is not close to the center of Lingli and the core dining area, the hotel’s own shuttle bus is really convenient. As long as there is a need, you can pick up at any time. A big thumbs up👍 There is a greeting call when checking in, and there are also warm reminders when checking out. Drive safely. Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.

Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit
