Qinhuangdao Beidaihe District Hotels

The hotel is in a great location. Free parking in the park. The room is clean and warm. The beach is across the road. Xiao Guo at the front desk is very friendly. I am very satisfied with this trip. I highly recommend it. [Love] The only drawback is that the mattress in the room needs to be improved.

The room was quite decent. Although we didn't book a sea-view room, the room itself was good overall. Given its location in a scenic area, dining options were a bit limited. There were only about 5-6 restaurants, and they mostly emptied out after 6 PM – perhaps because we visited outside the peak tourist season. The sea is literally right outside the door. Adjacent is a sailing base where you can take a boat trip to feed seagulls, and a wildlife park is just across the road. For more diverse or upscale dining, you'd need to venture to Geziwo or Qinhuangdao city center, but neither is too far.

A wonderfully quiet spot, yet so close to everything, and just a 6-7 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by countless delicious eateries. The hotel lobby's thoughtful touches for kids, like fresh yellow peaches and complimentary sand toys, were a big hit. They seamlessly combined the twin beds to create a massive 2.7-meter bed, which was perfect for our family of three. Coming back each day to a comfortable hot shower with fantastic water pressure was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Our child already asked if we could come back next time!

I saw several, and finally chose Meichengli. Let me talk about the advantages first: the hotel environment is quiet, there is a parking lot, the room is relatively large, and the service is very good. The disadvantage is: the air conditioner outdoor unit is a bit noisy, but I can't help it after seeing it, understandable. The towel rack design is a bit big, it is easy to hit your head when flushing the toilet, I hope to pay attention. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I will choose Meichengli next time.

Hotel location is very good. Just near of the centre and great seafood restaurants. Hotel lobby and restaurant looks a bit worn but rooms are very modern and clean. Using AC is challenging for foreigners but with translator app and after 15 minutes of brainstorming it will start to work as it should be :). Breakfast was Chinese bit tasty and staff was friendly.

The room was nice, if a little small. The garden room has its own courtyard on the first floor, and right outside it is the beach. 🏖️ It's perfect for families with children. There were some damaged facilities, but the staff helped report it and a technician repaired it shortly after. The breakfast could be more varied, and the main course was a little cold. During peak hours, it can be crowded, so you have to wait a bit, but the staff cleans up quickly. I'd still choose Yuntinghai next time I bring children.

1. Before checking in, I asked the front desk lady for a quieter room, but she didn't take it seriously. I was given a room very close to the restaurant. I heard the clinking of plates early in the morning. It seemed that several families were staying around. The quality was really low. I was surrounded. I was still shouting in the corridor at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night and at 7 o'clock in the morning. 2. I want to take a nap after having breakfast. Is there an electric drill or something upstairs? I've been staying in a hotel and I'm not even allowed to take a rest. I have to check out at 12 o'clock and check in at 3 o'clock. So, can't I go to decorate at this time? 3. The toilet was clogged. I asked the front desk to clear it in the morning. I wanted to go out for dinner. When I came back half an hour later, no one came. Later, I reminded the toilet on the first floor again and asked them to clear it. We went out for a walk and when we came back, there was no one in the room. The toilet sieve was still in the toilet. I saw that it was cleared, so I used it. During the process, a man swiped the room card and came in. Didn’t he even know to knock on the door? Fortunately, I was chained. It was really scary. Anyway, I'm sorry. Even if you gave me a free breakfast for one person, I still can't give this review because it's really bad.

Second, no matter when I went in or out, there was a young man who took the initiative to help push the luggage. He was very active and enthusiastic. He pushed it to the room and to the car and helped move it. Third, the security guard in charge of the car was very good. From pointing out the parking location to patrolling the car at night, I saw a warm patrol card the next morning, which was very touching. The rest of the breakfast, hardware, and beds were good. Because the location is a bit off, it provides a standard five-star level at a four-star price, but it really doesn't matter if you drive yourself, it's just a matter of one foot on the accelerator. There are just a few takeaway options, and don't even think about buying medicine.

A chain hotel that is very recommended. I have always liked this brand. The location is good: very close to the sea~ 300 meters to the beach 🏖️, and 15 minutes walk to Tiger Stone Park. Good service: young waiters are all enthusiastic and welcome with smiles! Bedding and towels are clean and tidy! Actively upgrade the room and agree to delay check-out!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations and deserves a five-star rating! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and find great food. The lobby is immediately filled with an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming, and they thoughtfully explained the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a long-awaited good night's sleep. Most impressive was the service-oriented attitude of the entire staff. From the concierge to housekeeping, everyone greeted us with a smile and proactive greeting, making us feel truly at home. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!
