I always choose Atour for business and leisure trips. The Atour in Beidaihe is arguably the worst. The customer service is completely lacking in attention. I left a message online upon check-in, but the response came via email. Since I was arranging for my elderly parents and children, and I was far away, I didn't complain. Since I was already here, I just put up with it for a few days. A word of caution: with such close proximity and beautiful scenery, be cautious when booking a hotel in Hebei this weekend. You're not going to be fooled here! I won't be booking with Atour again. Service at this chain varies wildly from place to place!!!

The service of the lady at the front desk was so good. My daughter likes to drink pink mineral water. She brought several bottles for her. Beach toys were given as soon as she entered the door. The smiling service was great. Thumbs up 👍 The hotel is very close to Liuzhuang Night Market. You can go shopping and eat. It is also close to the beach. If you play in the water and sand and get dirty, you can come back and rinse it off quickly. This hotel is great. I will go again in the future

Great hotel, very helpful staff, thank you very much for our comfortable stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, a pedestrian street with restaurants, snacks and shops around the corner. If we come to Beidaihe again, we will definitely stay at Atour.
