這是坐落於茂業B座的一家民宿！位置很好找，而且要比邊上的一些酒店賓館划算很多，民宿住過很多他家的衞生專修是做的比較到位的，這個價格住一個海景套房相當的划算，很贊強烈推薦！

一家三口來秦皇島遊玩，孩子在網上特別喜歡這個吊牀，粉嘟嘟的。我們才預訂的，一開始不確定環境好壞，就看是新店開業，感覺什麼都是新的，辦理入住的時候老闆親自接待的 非常熱情，進入房間果然沒讓我們失望，非常温馨，床品很乾凈，窗户外還能看到少許的海，女兒也很喜歡，感覺就是個小公主一樣，棒！

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理，當天老闆還想幫我升級，我跟老闆説這個房間已經夠好了又能看到大海，一個房間裏有三面大窗户，實在感謝！

位置就在茂業商場樓上出門非常方便 床品很乾凈，按照酒店式的要求一客一換。房子很新，不會有陳舊感。配備了家中常用家電:電吹機，加濕器，投影儀，小度智能機，電冰箱、灶具、洗衣機（配罐裝洗衣液）。讓你在外出的同時也能體會到家中的便利。每天有專門的阿姨來打掃房間，衞生狀況五顆星。

非常舒適的一次旅行，玩了一天躺床上睡了一大覺，先看到的是海，簡直舒服到爆，床品用的是宜家的屋子裡基本都是宜家的商品，這價格住海景套房很值得，老闆人也很好，專門帶我們進的房間囑咐好才走的。有機會一定會再來的

這個酒店真的別定，我自己出來旅遊訂了兩晚，首先房間的門無法在裏面反鎖，那個鎖是壞的。其次貓眼是用衞生紙堵上的，非常沒有保障。而且開房的時候收了我一百按金，退房兩天了都沒有退給我，前台也不回我微信，希望店家看到這條評論及時處理，明天的話我就會依法投訴維權了

房間十分大 ，設施齊全 ，環境位置都十分好 老闆人也很好，服務很好，地理位置不錯，樓下就是商場，超級方便。270℃海景房，躺在床上就可以看日落，對於冬天來説還是很友好滴。離海邊也不是很遠，附近燕大小吃，不遠有秦皇小吃

民宿公寓式酒店，房間面積很大，最有特色的L型窗視野非常不錯，夜景和早上的朝陽都值得點贊，辦理入住也很熱情，春節期間樓下停車有點緊張，衞生和房間設施可以再做些提升。
