環境：位置不錯，離車站很近，周邊兒吃飯的地方也不少，這次過來出差，非常方便
服務：前台姐姐給我們免費升級了房型，走的時候有物品沒帶走還特地給我打電話。很不錯

國慶假期帶小孩一起出遊，可能原訂的房型不太合適，前台小姐姐貼心升級了房間，重新裝修過的，非常感謝。房間很大，床也很大，攜程訂的不帶早餐，無法評價，下次有機會體驗一下早餐。國慶期間結婚的新人好多，跟着沾沾喜氣，挺好。

酒店屬於老派裝修，年代感很強，房間設施及公共設施均比較老舊，但相對於秦皇島這樣的旅遊城市，這家酒店的價格算是性價比高的，對於帶長者出行，入住這裏除了各種陳舊外，沒什麼其他毛病，且服務人員的服務態度非常到位，也可彌補一些不快；如果是帶孩子出行，酒店有個適合孩子打卡的書屋，絕對算是一大亮點！
