Courtyard by Marriott Qinhuangdao West

I called ahead and asked for a room with a family tent. When I got there, I got the room at the very edge. It was scorching hot when I turned it on. The air conditioner was at 30 degrees and didn't blow cold air. I asked for a tent, but the staff said they didn't have any. I opened the window, but it still wasn't cool enough. I called the hotel, and they said we could switch to a regular room. They also said it might be cooler at night, so I asked for a fan. After going out for dinner and coming back, it was still scorching hot!!! The hotel said we could switch to a regular room, but they couldn't refund the price difference. Later, they said they could give us a tent! (I was told in the afternoon they didn't have any tents.) Now they can change again? Not only could they not switch to a family room, but their attitude was just, "Sorry!" I dragged my luggage to a new room at 10 pm! It was a regular room, and I took the rocking horse that came with the family room upstairs! It was the last room on the 12th floor! When I checked out, I gave the staff my room card. I asked, "Is that ok?" but they didn't even answer. It was a terrible experience! I was very dissatisfied with their attitude! The location is in the middle of nowhere! The good reviews must have been faked!

The leader in the business hotel industry is Marriott's Courtyard. It is super clean and has a simple and low-key decoration style. The most important thing is that the service is good. I really thank Miss Candice at the front desk. She is very attentive and helped me check my membership points for a long time. I went to Qinhuangdao for three nights and four days during the National Day holiday. Day1 was not booked, so I booked two days. The breakfast is really the most complete among all the Courtyards I have eaten. There are many more categories than the last time I went. There is also mutton soup for breakfast, which is super delicious. The noodles are also delicious. The variety can be said to be very rich and fresh. After playing for a day, my feet hurt, and I was given a foot bath bucket and a herbal bag. The baby played in the water and wanted to cool down, so I asked the restaurant to make a cup of brown sugar water, which was also delivered immediately. The waiter will also check whether the guest's vehicle is normal every day. It is really considerate and left a card. The hotel also has a back garden with many rabbits and peacocks. You can also swing, which can be regarded as a hotel where you can play. I really recommend Qinhuangdao Courtyard. It is just a little far from the city. If you drive by yourself, it is very convenient.

The price-performance ratio is very high. I chose this place temporarily during the National Day holiday. I didn't expect it to be so comfortable, the price is right, and the conditions are great. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. I even wanted to stay one more night. I will choose this place again when I come to play in the future.

Every time I go back to Qinhuangdao, this is my first choice. The hotel is next to the Qinhuangdao World Expo and a little far from the city center. The hotel service is very good, clean and sanitary, the bedding is very comfortable, and the standard hotel configuration is very good. The price-performance ratio is very good, recommended!
