酒店的地理位置相對偏僻，即使在旺季也沒有特別的擁擠；周邊有很多部隊幹休所和療養院，附近的治安非常好。
酒店離海邊浴場很近，最近的一個小浴場走路大約10幾分鐘就可以到達，想去景區或者比較熱門的海濱浴場，可以選擇駕車或租電瓶車前往。
酒店老闆非常熱情，也很健談，會給客人詳細介紹酒店周邊景點情況、趕海建議等等，還能免費借用趕海小工具給客人，給人的住宿體驗非常好，下次再來還會繼續選擇這裏。

民宿距離海邊不遠，走着大約十幾分鍾能到，是一個小海灘，面積不大，人不多，有防鯊網，可以下海游泳。民宿每天早晨有早餐，有粥，油條，饅頭，雞蛋，小涼菜，味道挺好的。打掃衞生的大姐人挺好的，看我們屋裡比較潮，給我們搬來了除濕機，屋裡乾燥了不少。就是衞生間不算特別乾淨，空調的排水管直接在廁所排水，水池周圍的牆有點發黴了。

住了好幾個月了、這會才想起來評價，老闆很健談，也很熱情。早餐有粥、油條、雞蛋、小菜，絕對能吃飽，樓道內裝修的比房間里豪華，哈哈～

和朋友來了一場説走就走的旅行～第一天早上很早就到了民宿，老闆很熱情的接待了我們還給我們升級了房型，非常感謝～房間是朝陽的，淋浴超舒服！每天都有早餐可以吃，午餐晚餐也是可以預訂的～入住期間所有工作人員都會很熱心的幫忙，和我們打招呼並解答我們的疑問。民宿周邊很安靜，位置離海邊不遠，溜達十分鐘差不多就能到海邊了，簡直不要太完美，下次還會來！！

這個價位的四人間還可以，不過地理位置一般，是個小村裡。附近吃飯什麼的也不是很方便。另外避坑211號房間，洗澡間旁邊的牆是規則形狀但中間有一塊窗户造成有一個縫隙和對面房間連通。。

衞生比較差，到處是灰，潮濕，親子房的窗户開在樓內，洗手池在床邊，格局不好，晚上水不夠熱。優點是有早餐，來北戴河整體感覺住宿價高質不優，有條件儘量錯峯吧～～～

老闆非常熱心！！旅館到景點和火車站距離都不算遠，早上還提供早飯，味道不錯！總的來説，住宿體驗很好，下次要是還來北戴河旅遊也會選擇住這兒。
