酒店硬件設施過於陳舊，窗户漏風冷的要命，前台給拿了一個電熱毯，空調衹有出風口能感覺出熱乎😂第一次在非旅遊季節到這個城市，因為趕去陪親屬做手術，路上臨時休息，硬是半夜凍醒了

中規中矩，可能房間使用時間太長了，地板，牆壁比較有年代感。其他的還不錯，周圍吃飯方便，東北大學附近晚上有夜市。

不錯，整體來説還是很不錯的，來秦皇島玩住在這裏，但是希望管理再加強一下，住的時候有人想開房間的門

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，入住和退房前台服務都和熱情，服務質量不錯，房間乾淨整潔，採光很好，住宿感覺叫好，地理位置好，對面就是開發區中醫院，距離茂業商場幾分鐘車程，周邊超市，餐飲較多，購物便利，停車也方便。入住的價格實惠，性價比很高，強烈推薦

不到12點，就催，説是手機上顯示2點，不到兩點有來催，催了好幾回，服了，退卡的時候，前台一句話沒説，頭怎麼抬，再也不會去了。
