The night before, I asked the front desk if I could delay check-out for a while, and they said it would be fine if the room was not tight the next day. But it turned out that even if I wasn’t nervous the next day, it wouldn’t work. Ctrip was rubbish. I obviously had a late check-out redemption coupon, but this hotel couldn’t do it. Yes, those hotels where redemption coupons can be used have a check-out time of 14:00. There is no need to use them. Those that need to be used cannot be redeemed. I just want to add money. Here you go, rubbish Ctrip rubbish hotels!

＊裝修聲音特別大、有很多蒼蠅
入住漢庭時，酒店完全沒有提前告知我們正在裝修，尤其是電梯在維修。一開始看到電梯前堆着施工工具，但前台卻説可以正常使用。結果進去後，發現一名修理工正在電梯裏鑿牆板！他們根本不顧及住客安全，看到我們進電梯也照鑿不誤。更糟的是，等我們外出回來，電梯竟被告知完全無法使用了。
在前台登記時，他們先問了預訂平台和價格。得知我是攜程預訂且有優惠後，竟小聲議論説比他們官網價還划算，還特意告訴我因為用了優惠券，所以房間窗外是消防通道，完全沒有風景。可我訂的衹是普通大床房，優惠券也衹是攜程當時的常規折扣而已。
此外，房間和前台還有很多沒清理乾淨的蒼蠅屍體。而且，明明説了不需要早餐，前台卻反覆推銷早餐優惠。
總之，無論是裝修（尤其是危險的電梯維修）還是被分配到無景觀的消防通道房，漢庭都完全沒有提前告知。
此後酒店方提出了換房。換完房我們就出去吃飯了，一回來房門就因為換房後無法用原房卡打開。酒店微信客服完全聯繫不上，電話不接、消息不回、通過攜程打他們客服電話也不接。衹能自己再跑下樓更新房卡訊息，自己解決之後又等了二十多分鐘才終於收到回覆。明明衹需酒店簡單操作就能解決，他們卻事先完全不提醒房門會失效，害得我們在樓梯間白白跑上跑下，浪費時間精力，體驗極差。
酒店一直在施工從第二天早八就在裝修，我們是去旅行的不是來受噪音污染的。最主要的是沒有提前告知這個情況，如果知道是這樣的話，我們就不會預訂了。
