The staff here were so, so nice they even let us check in early when we arrived before the official time! The location is great, with the beach just a 10-minute walk away. However, the cleaning wasn’t perfect.

The room was ok but not very clean. Don’t take this hotel if you have high standings but if not, then it’s ok.
There is a lot of restaurants near the place.
Also, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful so it saved my journey here.

Great Location but A/C Needs Improvement
The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by lots of restaurants and tourist attractions, which made getting around really easy and enjoyable. I stayed in a room on the first floor, and while it was generally okay, the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. It was quite noisy, and there was water dripping from the unit both inside and outside the room. The A/C also blew directly toward the bed, which made me feel bloated and uncomfortable during the night.
Overall, the convenience of the location was the highlight of my stay, but I hope the hotel can improve the air conditioning system for future guests.

Location is perfect, close to the beach and in the heart of Russian district among restaurants "Максим", "Марина", and so on.
We got free upgrade of our room, without even asking for that.
We stayed for 5 nights and room cleaning was just once, after we asked about that.
And that cleaning was fast and not good.

Starting with the reception where a 16 year old teenager sits, does not know anything, does not understand, does not know how to deal with foreign clients. The room is dirty, the toilet is even worse. The room smells of mold, mustiness. The air conditioner is barely alive. We sat next to each other in a cafe on the street until we began to feel sleepy, so as not to breathe in the nasty stuff, it is unpleasant to sit in the room. The duvet cover on one bed had traces of dirt, on the second bed there was no obvious dirt, but I would not be surprised if they slipped a used duvet cover from previous visitors

This place completely misses the mark in terms of value for money. The Ctrip pictures don't match the quality at all. The towels are terrible, and the bathroom is covered in mold.
