Room is spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the photos advertised.
Location is very convenient too.
There are a lot of eateries and restaurant opposite the hotel. There is one BBQ that’s right beside the hotel too!
Staff is helpful and friendly.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. However the location is in quiet area and a bit off as not much happening around the area.

挺好的。入住的秦皇島星程酒店體驗超棒！地理位置絕佳，離火車站和商圈都很近，吃飯購物特別方便。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全且人性化，乾濕分離的衞浴很實用。早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，前台服務熱情又高效。不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適，性價比很高，下次來秦皇島還選這！

二次預訂併入住酒店了。房間及公共區域依然乾淨整潔，老婆還開心地用上了三樓的自助洗衣機。
前台服務員的小姑娘們面帶笑容，服務熱情周到。
建議在公共區域標明諸如“不得吸煙，違章罰款”之類字樣，或者標明吸煙區。尤其是在二樓餐廳內。

位置不錯打車方便，房間乾淨衞生，保潔阿姨人也很好，唯一缺點是床不好，床墊很容易滑動漏出牀板的一個金屬包邊，把孩子腿劃破了

源於第一次居住的美好體驗，第二次毫不猶豫的繼續選擇了星程秦皇東大街店，兩天下來更加有了回家的感覺。因為行程改變，自己的疏忽忘記取消下一天的訂單，在酒店小姐姐的熱心幫助下，順利完成了退款，在此再次對所有工作人員表示感謝!下次還會選擇星程。

來秦皇島辦事需要住三晚，因為距離選擇了對面的別家酒店，住的不太愉快！臨時決定換到了秦皇大街星程酒店，這家店進門就能感受到服務，大廳沒有亞朵高檔，但是很温馨，對商務出差比較友好，有洽談區，可以清辦公，早餐也不錯，尤其是店助小樑，工作很努力，很用心，愉快的入住體驗，不枉我2.5公里的距離，值得推薦。

客觀評價，感受因人而異，大家理性參考。
首先酒店是新開業的 ，配套設施會比其他酒店新一些。
其次所有高級雙床房的房型都緊貼着電梯，如果想早上安靜的睡到八點以後基本不可能，等電梯住客交談聲，拉桿箱的聲音絡繹不絕。
其次樓下是停車場大院，有一個很大的24小時不間斷流水景觀，聲音巨大。
分兩單定了兩晚，辦理入住的時候也説的很清楚，一共兩晚，結果第一天上午十一點左右前台打電話問續不續住，早上不到五點起來看日出回來補覺的人被吵醒睡不着了。
最後就是關於延遲退房，諮詢第二天能都延遲退房到一點左右；前台看了眼房態，入住率不滿，但是需要交49元才可以延遲。
不知道是前台還是客户經理，打電話催着要好評，我請問呢？就這 還好意思要好評？？？
