前台服務態度超級無敵差，莫名其妙多扣我的按金，經理和我説是新來的員工，電競椅不舒服就算了，剛入住開了一天高速一屁股坐到椅子上摔到了，一個電競酒店的電競椅居然是壞的，真的別太搞笑了，我們當時聯繫前台也沒有無理取鬧，高速她椅子壞掉了，她連一個道歉都沒有，也沒有問我們有沒有受傷，就上來給我們換了個椅子，還讓我們等了一會，因為她在前台辦入住，就這個服務態度！！！給秦皇島旅遊抹黑，我也會發到**小紅書相關平台避雷！！！！停車費還多收費！！！！後續我們實在忍受不了才要追究他們的責任！！他們的前台經理告訴我隨便我去看病，要是他們的責任他們有保險，就走保險？這是你們經理的服務態度？？？

第三次入住了工作出差，就因為第一次住的感覺不錯，電競配置豪華一點也不卡頓。冰箱、投影儀、地暖空調、智能語音等設備還比較全的，網速快停車也方便，還挨着大學城都是小吃，離海邊開着15分鐘就到了，附近還有大型購物商場所以選擇連續入住極力推薦寶藏酒店！！！
