贈送的圍爐煮茶就是噱頭，本來孩子很期待，結果前台説現在衹有茶，沒有奶沒有點心，説現在來的人少，買了都過期了，也不能給客人過期的東西。沒有可以不寫贈送啊，就像沒有早餐可以寫不送早餐。附近也沒有早餐外賣。
房間太冷了，開了一晚上空調可能也不到20度，衞生間就更冷了。
毛巾都是破破爛爛的感覺。

衞生：酒店衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔音效果好，床品舒適，五星好評。
環境：民宿最重視的就是環境，雲門山腳下，尤其下雨後空氣真是清新淡雅。
服務：這家民宿的服務簡直無可挑剔，員工們態度熱情，始終以客人為中心，讓我們感到非常温馨和舒適。還可以自己煮茶，茶葉品種很多，可以自己選擇。

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，窗外景觀得天獨厚，位置優越，旁邊就是雲門山和植物園，各種設施佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，空氣清新，設備齊全有茶室、影音室和棋牌室，隔音好，空調涼爽，一整晚都睡的很安穩，下次還會選擇這家民宿。

户外三十度，室內得三十五度，空調不知道什麼原因，根本不製冷，晚上開到16度，都不涼。最想吐槽的早餐，也太糊弄了，煎包涼的，而且根本沒法吃，咬一口是被泡壞了，下不去口。而且水龍頭也有問題，水稍微大點，濺一身。贈送的那些，都是噱頭，也不告訴在哪，抱着希望去的，唉。下次還是連鎖酒店吧

民宿地理位置非常優越，旁邊是雲門山，古街開車幾分鐘就到了，民宿設備齊全，有茶室影音室，體驗感非常好，非常適合全家出遊，下次再來青州還會選擇入住。

民宿就在雲門山腳下，早起爬山非常方便，附近也有農家樂，到達後晚上游青州古城，第二天早起爬山，白天去青州博物館，很好的青州一日遊。
