衞生：衞生打掃的非常不好，第一次是到處都是垃圾，聯繫前台換的房間，而且還是我自己去前台換的房卡還不是送上來的，第二次換的房間也沒有打掃的多乾淨，床上還有毛髮，幸虧自己帶的床單。
