The door and the floor of the toilet were slippery as long as there was a little water on the floor. I almost fell. I checked in on Friday afternoon. I booked for two nights and went out at noon on Saturday. , I called the front desk and said that I had to swipe my card once a day. 房間衞生很乾凈，在貴陽旁邊的一個市，距離百花湖很近，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便，帶小朋友在貴陽周邊遊玩很好的一個選擇，停車也很方便，紅楓湖的風景很美

房間寬敞乾淨整潔，比較安靜，環境較好，服務也很好。整體來説入住體驗很舒適，推薦。

酒店大堂寬敞明亮，比較高大尚。前台小姐姐辦理入住速度與效率very good。入住的房間面積大，空調使用效果不錯，客房大姐送東西也比較及時，以後入住的首選佳地。

第一次住宿給差評，無了個大語，差不多晚上10點半到的酒店，本來一天的行程已經夠累了，準備洗澡的時候才發現那個花灑水特別小，好多孔都不出水，打電話到前台説讓人上來看一下，前後打了共4次電話，35分鐘都沒人上來解決，本來夠累了，又不想發火，那麼大的酒店，找個人來看都沒有，看能處理直接給我解決，不能處理就給我換房間就是了，到後面才叫我下去換房間，下去才説工程部師傅休息，前面幹什麼去了，看中的就是維也納這個品牌，説住得舒服一點，休息好一點，這樣子搞火氣都上來了，這酒店工作人員的專業性，靈活性真是堪憂，反正以後我是不敢在訂維也納酒店了
