Great location, a really pleasant, spacious and clean room with a marvelous view on the lake. But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, especially Lynn, Luna and Dylan. They are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. As for food, breakfast was excellent (Chinese+Western cuisine).

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

Perfect getaway from the bustling Guangzhou. Had a great stay with the hot springs and your own private hot tub. So much activities available for us to enjoy and we had so much fun! However, toddler had a bad fall at the indoor playground and the team was so thoughtful to send us to the hospital for checks and the manager, Bryant drove us and stayed with us all the way to make sure all is good. Upon checking out, another manager came to check on us and prepared some medicines and snacks for our toddler. Really impeccable service. Thank you to Bryant, the other manager and the team! Will definitely be back! ❤️

Qingyuan International Hotel seems to have convenient transportation, with a bus stop right outside and Fengcheng Wharf opposite. However, the actual experience is not satisfactory. The waiting time for the bus is long, and you need to walk a distance after taking the bus to the scenic spot or park. For travel, self-driving or taking a taxi may be a better choice, which can avoid the waiting time for the bus and the hassle of walking, and travel is more convenient.

**Qingyuan Jinsha Lakeside Hotel: cost-effective choice, details need to be improved** I stayed at Qingyuan Jinsha Lakeside Hotel during the Spring Festival holiday. The overall experience can be described as ”affordable price, but details need to be improved.” Here are my detailed feelings: **advantage:** 1. **The room is spacious and comfortable** The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable to live in. Especially during the Chinese New Year when the weather was colder, the heating in the room worked well and I felt very warm when I slept at night without having to worry about catching a cold. 2. **Free Ferris Wheel Ticket** The Ferris wheel ticket given by the hotel is a highlight! Riding the Ferris wheel allows you to have a bird's eye view of the entire park, especially the beautiful lights at night, which adds a lot of fun to the journey. 3. **Reasonable breakfast options** The breakfast buffet selection is relatively reasonable. Although the variety is not particularly rich, it is enough to meet the needs of most people. However, it is recommended to add some healthy options, such as yogurt, which will be more in line with modern people's eating habits. **shortcoming:** 1. **Decoration is a bit old** The hotel's decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. Although it does not affect basic use, it may be a bit disappointing for travelers who pursue a modern feel. 2. **Poor dinner buffet experience** The dinner buffet was a bit disappointing. Although theoretically served until 8:00pm, we found that the food had stopped being restocked around 7:30pm and the choices were very limited. This aspect of service clearly needs improvement. **Summarize:** Qingyuan Jinsha Lakeside Hotel is generally good value for money, especially the space and heating equipment in the room make people feel comfortable, and the Ferris wheel ticket is also a thoughtful arrangement. If the hotel can improve on these details, I believe it will bring a better experience to travelers. For travelers on a budget, this is still a good choice.

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

Room is large, modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes the wifi signal is good enough to access Whatsapp. There is no English TV channels though. Friendly staff provides great service, esp Ms Fan. They called taxis for us. They gave helpful advices and recommendation. Breakfast spread is a combination of Chinese and Western. However, the latter is limited. Food is yummy and there are some changes in daily breakfast spread.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience at your establishment. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the facilities were excellent. While the breakfast service was a bit delayed, I understand that these things can happen, and it didn't significantly impact my stay. The food quality was good, although I would appreciate a bit more variety, especially catering to the preferences of international guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was close to lots of attractions and great restaurants around. To get around, you will have to call a taxi or didi. The hotel's restaurant and mini bakery in the lobby were really delicious too!! They also have a really amazing gym for free. Some inconvenient things are: no washing machine (only laundry service which you pay for the staff to take you laundry in and wash it in the big facilities), and no mini fridge. But overall, the service was kind and friendly, the rooms were super nice, food was amazing, there's really not much to complain about for this hotel!
