The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. The only downside is that the corridor smells like smoke. There are quite a lot of smokers here. The buffet breakfast has more than a dozen varieties, the taste is average, and you can eat enough. The only drinks are coconut milk, soy milk, and lemonade. There is no coffee, which is quite disappointing. The auntie who collects breakfast tickets has a bad attitude. There are parking spaces in front and behind the hotel. But when we came back at 11 o'clock in the evening, the uncle said that there was only one parking space left, and helped us unlock the parking space lock. Thank you very much uncle. If you encounter a day with high occupancy rate, there may not be enough parking spaces.

The appearance of the hotel was pretty good when I drove by. Ctrip checked the price and checked in. The Check-in speed was also very fast, so we upgraded the floor. The design style of the room is not worse than that of the brand. I know the bed very well and I can sleep very comfortably. This hotel has been open for more than a year. It is very new, with a good environment. It is close to the road but not noisy. There is also a gym and laundry room which are free to use. The front desk service is also very good, and the items you need are delivered very quickly. The room is also very clean because it is newly opened. The items used are all for playing cards. The breakfast is also good. I will choose here next time.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.
