Originally, a family of young and old came from Guangzhou to Qingyuan to help your hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday. They were attracted by your so-called five-star brand. At that time, I tolerated this for the time being. In a word, if you don't apologize to the guest, you won't give the guest one back. Satisfactory reply, I will not stay at Qingyuan International Hotel again in the future. I don’t believe that the hotel allows such unqualified service staff to continue doing things that harm the interests of guests and the image of the hotel without accepting punishment or correction.

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

All rooms are full on the day of check-in, and the villa has butler service. After the vehicle checks in the lobby, you can drive to the entrance of the villa. There are many parking spaces at the entrance of each villa, and the housekeeper needs to be informed in advance for convenient arrangements. The villa is very close to the hot springs in the public area, more than 100 meters walk. Far from the lobby, it is estimated to be ten minutes walk. The entire hotel is in Vanke's real estate and you can drive to the commercial street. Commercial street market, convenience store, snack restaurant, pharmacy, etc. are all available. You can buy vegetables and daily necessities back to the villa to cook. After check-in, there is a cookie fruit plate in the afternoon and sugar water in the evening. All drinks in the double-door large refrigerator are free to drink. The living room has a double-headed battery stove, microwave oven, oven, mahjong machine, washing machine. The slightly inconvenient thing is that the hot water time of the private hot spring pool is from 3 pm to 10 pm, and there are about two pools of water. Because the weather is cold, the pool does not swim. There is also an outdoor bath outside the master bedroom. After washing, open the door and enter the room. It should be full of water in hot summer.

The room is clean and fully furnished. There is a swimming pool and gymnasium. The environment is quiet. It is a good hotel for taking children on vacation in summer. I especially like the Thai-style decoration. The service from the hotel manager Yang Huiying is very warm. I will definitely come again next time.

The hardware facilities of the hotel are complete, because the drinks in the refrigerator in the trial operation are free of charge. It is very convenient to eat and play near the hotel, the Ferris wheel is beautiful, and the price is very cheap! The staff were cleaning the pool, and I found out that they changed the hot spring water every day, which was a plus. There are also many outdoor entertainment facilities on the lawn, and the hotel is pet-friendly, so you don’t have to worry about your furry and naughty children running out of games.
