Find 5-Star Hotels in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

The water quality is very clean, there are many categories, including medicinal springs, wine springs, fish therapy, and sweat steaming 🧖♀️ Facilities: Overall Moroccan style, many outdoor lawn parent-child facilities, barbecues, suitable for team building, parent-child travel, and a small bar The restaurant is also next to the lobby. The swimming pool is not constant temperature and is suitable for summer play, but it is very photogenic to check in and take pictures Environment: The environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, there is a private hot spring, the water temperature can be adjusted, and it is very enjoyable The restaurant has delicious breakfast, many snacks, and rich categories! 😀😀 Service: The butler service is very good, patient, helping with luggage reception, and there are souvenirs I am very satisfied with this trip, praise it, and give it a five-star rating! The overall experience can be described as ”affordable price, but details need to be improved.” Here are my detailed feelings: **advantage:** 1. **The room is spacious and comfortable** The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable to live in. Especially during the Chinese New Year when the weather was colder, the heating in the room worked well and I felt very warm when I slept at night without having to worry about catching a cold. 2. **Free Ferris Wheel Ticket** The Ferris wheel ticket given by the hotel is a highlight! Riding the Ferris wheel allows you to have a bird's eye view of the entire park, especially the beautiful lights at night, which adds a lot of fun to the journey. 3. **Reasonable breakfast options** The breakfast buffet selection is relatively reasonable. Although the variety is not particularly rich, it is enough to meet the needs of most people. The hotel is very new and beautiful, and is still in trial operation. Basic facilities such as restaurants and fitness rooms are already open; some facilities such as hot spring hotels and swimming pools are not yet in operation! I stayed for 4 nights and requested a quiet room. Unfortunately, I was woken up early in the morning by three construction vehicles and the sound of road chiseling downstairs on the first day. Fortunately, the front desk staff actively assisted in changing rooms. Great! Entering the resort is like being in a real forest! Most of the facilities in the Forest Kingdom are complete, the environment is spacious and beautiful, and there are many kinds of animals. It may be newly opened. Compared with Chimelong in Zhuhai and Panyu, there are not many people, so you can have fun! The so-called animal migration is nothing more than the staff leading the animals to run like herding sheep! Hahaha! The travel behavior of some domestic tourists is disgusting! Smoking in the sightseeing train, banging on the glass to wake up the animals so as to take pictures... these uncivilized behaviors are still common!
