This is my first time staying at this hotel. I have always stayed at the Garden Hotel next door. The price is quite favorable, but the service is really poor. Before checking in, I had communicated with the platform many times, hoping to get a room with the same size and layout as the pictures shown in the hotel. The hotel agreed, but when I went to the front desk to check in, it said there was no such room type? A room of less than 10 square meters was arranged.
