環境優美，空氣清新，美林湖適合度假，位置靠近商業區，買東西很方便；
房間格局合理，一樓娛樂二樓休息，後院燒烤喝茶聊天很愜意；
設施設備齊全，每個配房間電視空調，衞生間三個足夠用，廚房廚具家電滿足日常生活所需；
美中不足是烤箱壞了，後院燈壞了，希望能及時維修，不過影響不大。
價格小貴，節假日這個價格也算正常，也算值得；
服務很好，衞生民宿類型裏算好的，管家主動聯繫關心，反饋的問題也能及時解決。
整體還是比較推薦。

照片實拍，別墅設施豐富，KTV，自動麻將機，燒烤。還有小朋友玩的桌遊，寶寶椅都有，老闆考慮很細心了。全屋都是小米系智能家居，使用非常方便。適合家庭出行，情侶約會，轟趴聚會！！！

預訂之後管家小琴會電話聯繫發定位等，按照定位導航直接就到了，位置好找。進門小愛同學語音歡迎，全屋智能家居，開放式廚房，做飯的同時可以跟朋友開心聊天，KTV音響不錯，主卧86寸大電視，追劇看電影不要太爽，看的出來房東花了心思，細節到位。號稱亞洲屋頂第二大摩天輪，去坐了一圈很便宜衹要20元，哈哈超划算。商業街就在摩天輪邊，別墅過去不到兩百米走路衹要幾分鐘。各種美食餐館超市還有麥當勞，吃飯買東西都很方便。

首先別墅的位置特別好找，就在路邊嘛，進去之後呢，左轉第二條街就是了。別墅外面有很多商業街，然後也很多小吃，還有宵夜。然後房東人特別好，服務的小姐姐很到位，呃，有問題的都會隨時回答。下次還會再來別墅，可以看到摩天輪，然後拍照出片。非常贊。

位置好找！按照管家發的定位直接到達別墅。靠近商區，買東西吃飯很方便。適合家庭出行，情侶，轟趴聚會，公司團建等！燒烤在後院，可以一邊燒烤一邊喝茶一邊下棋哈哈。總體玩的非常開心，愉快的旅途！

別墅的體驗感真的很好，管家小琴特別熱情周到，從預訂到住宿完成有問必答有求必應，住得很舒心，別墅各項設施很齊全，碗筷餐具廚具樣樣俱全，適合家庭聚會啊團建啊，走出去到摩天輪很方便，不用開車停車太便捷了，商業街基本能滿足吃喝玩樂需求，絕對的五星好評
