My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

very good hotel; the swimming was closed unfortunately but overall, a satisfactory experience for the city.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

This is one of the best hotel that our family had stayed in China. The hotel room is very roomy and clean. The bathroom is clean, modern and very roomy. The food is delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend the front desk "Xiao Qiu" and "Xiao He". Their service manner are outstanding. They are friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this hotel.

Qingyuan City is a good place, with beautiful mountains and rivers and many rice fields! The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center, with many places to eat, drink and have fun. The hotel also laid carpets, and the sound insulation effect is good! The good thing is that the check-in process was very fast! The paintings in the Renren Art Museum next to it are very good, and the welcoming pine in the lobby is a bit fake, but it is quite beautiful

The hotel environment is very good, even my picky husband is very satisfied. The service attitude of Xiao Qiu and Xiao He at the front desk is also super good. They recommended us the delicious sauna chicken, which is just a few hundred meters opposite the hotel. Next time I come to Qingyuan, I will stay in this hotel again

The room was upgraded for free, the room was large, the breakfast buffet was rich in variety and delicious, the overall hotel was good. We went for the swimming pool, but it was a pity that it was not open in the morning, only in the afternoon and evening. It is a pure business hotel.

The hotel room is clean and sanitary. The parent-child room and bathroom are spacious. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The washbasin is equipped with two sinks, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, there is no bathtub😅But the children had a lot of fun playing in the hotel's swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is on the 6th floor. There are not many varieties, but the taste is good. Because we had a late check-out, we had snacks on the 6th floor of the hotel at noon, which was also good. There is also a sky garden on the 6th floor. The weather was too hot. So I didn't go to see it. There is a small art gallery in the lobby, you can take the children in to have a look. In general, I am quite satisfied with my stay.

Very good experience. I usually like to travel and stay in new hotels. I just found this one and it was new. It really didn't disappoint me. It's awesome! The environment is elegant and upscale, 100 points. I will stay here again next time.

Service: The front desk lady, Xiao Qiu, Xiao Fan, really provided great service👍, thumbs up! Full marks for service Western afternoon tea: What I was most dissatisfied with was the afternoon tea. I originally thought that afternoon tea was particularly ceremonial, until I went there, I was dumbfounded! Afternoon tea actually gave coffee in a disposable cup, and the afternoon tea was as shown in the picture, that was too bad! If that's the case, why would I spend this price to buy a set meal? In addition, one waiter took care of the reception of more than 10 people, and the service was not in place. What was even more disappointing was that the hotel had already reported this problem at the time, but there was no reply or anything like that, which felt unworthy of the price and service.

I came here during the Chinese New Year. I felt that the room was very new. I was very satisfied with the buffet in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued now. However, the Chinese set meal is also very good. It's a pity that swimming can only start in the afternoon. It rained heavily after we finished eating and we couldn't experience it...

The room was very satisfactory, and the hygiene and facilities were very good! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I had a good sleep. Parking is very convenient, and there are many delicious farms not far away. There are many late-night snack stalls downstairs at night, so you don't have to worry about not finding delicious food. The most unfair thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast. I personally feel that it is very good, the taste is good, there is no special thunder, and there are many varieties, including Chinese and Western styles. I don't know if those who say that the breakfast is rubbish and there are few varieties are going there when the stalls are closed, or they have very high requirements. At least for the hotels I have stayed in, it is really okay. The most important price is still very affordable! In general, I am very satisfied!
