一個晚上斷電三次，房間的被子潮乎乎的。衞生間沒有淋浴房洗澡水全部都沖到馬桶蓋上衞生間地板濕滑不敢走。

服務不好，前台那個女的沒有禮貌，男的還好，而且定的投屏房間，投屏經常看不了，整天不是網絡問題就是盒子出問題，真是服了

酒店位置好找，在107國道旁邊，離銀盞輕軌站衹有十分鐘路程步行，房間乾淨，安靜。非常滿意，4K影院效果也不錯。房間的床品好舒服，下次還來入住。前台小姐姐很熱情，客房服務員態度也很好，贊一個！推薦推薦

酒店在清遠銀盞旅遊大道旁邊，交通方便，但臨路房間窗户密封不好，過路汽車多，嘈雜音很大。服務態度一般，沒有替住客着想，住店人並不多，卻把午休房安排在臨路房間，嘈雜音不斷，本想換房間，但人困馬乏，倒床就睡啦！
